Careers
At Lawyers Without Borders Canada, we believe that the work of each and every one of us contributes to making a real difference in the lives of the people and communities we support. Our team is made up of passionate, committed professionals from a variety of fields: law, project or personnel management, communications.
Volunteer cooperation mandates
Voluntary cooperation is at the heart of our interventions and is the backbone of our organization. The lawyers, jurists and experts who get involved, more in number every year, put their skills at the service of our local partners. They leave a legal, technical, methodological and human legacy for the communities they support.
Internships
Nurturing the next generation of human rights defenders is one of our priorities. Each school term, we welcome dynamic students to provide legal, programmatic or communication support. Our internships offer an enriching experience, by working on diverse and stimulating mandates.
Pro Bono Expertise Program
Volunteer involvement is part of the DNA of Lawyers Without Borders Canada. Pro Bono Expertise Program is a network of dedicated individuals and organizations with a shared commitment to offering their time and talents to support our mission.
Student involvement
We are proud of the support of our six university groups in Quebec and in Canada. These members are the spokespersons for Lawyers Without Borders Canada and contribute to raising awareness of human rights issues among young lawyers.
