Lawyers Without Borders and Lawyers’ Rights Watch Canada join in presenting an elaboration of the scope of the Colombian State’s responsibility for the succession of attacks, threats, surveillance, acts of intimidation and harassment to which the Lawyers’ Collective has been subjected, in violation of Articles 4, 5, 8.1, 11, 13, 16, 22 and 25 of the American Convention on Human Rights, in connection with the State’s obligations under Article 1.1.
